Donations to Pachamama Programs

Pachamama Conservation operates three programs that help the indigenous people of Chile.   Your donations can make it possible for students to study for a year or more, provide necessities for the women's weaver program, or contribute to our emergency fund.

Student Sponsorship Program - A donation of $365 ($1.00 a day) will provide a student with clothing, room and board, school supplies and transportation for a year.   This program provides these children with an education, which is an opportunity that their older brothers and sisters were deprived of.   For more information go to our Student Sponsorship Program page.

We have two Cooperatives of Women Weavers Programs:
Tani Witran and Nahuel Huapi
Your donations towards our weaving cooperatives will help keep the traditional weaving designs and methods alive. These ancient methods have been in danger of dying out and programs like these help women to learn the original dyeing methods, yarn production, equipment production and weaving patterns.   Donations of $50, $100, $200 or more will help these women keep this art alive for the world.   Both in a practical sense and for its authentic indigenous art.   For more information go to our Cooperative of Women Weavers program  page.

We also have an Emergency Program to provide a fund to help our recipients when they have special or extreme needs.   Thanks to this program we are able to help our other programs continue uninterrupted when unexpected problems or challenges arise.   Any donation, from $25 or more, helps create this all important emergency safety net.

Donations can be sent to our Address below, or you may email us at amigos@pachamamaconservation.org to arrange payment.   We accept checks or money orders made out to Pachamama Conservation.   Donations are tax deductible.

Thank you so much!
